and DAPA was found un-Constitutional.. Odds are the same thing would happen and then POTUS couldn't continue/declare an executive order on DACA - like what happened to Obama on DAPA.
This is actually the best way to ensure DACA continues, and is long term legal.
Of course it depends on Congress actually doing something; but even that worthless body recognizes not doing anything would get them thrown out of office.
I'd rather they went right to tax reform,but this is actually a humane move by Trump
