Read the link you posted.

She sent her last message prior to the siege.

There were no messages after the violence erupted.

Her FB page has been taken down.

I agree that her politics are messed up, that she is supporting the wrong side, supporting bullies who do wrong.

But I am not clear on how he should be responsible for her attitudes.

The issue is thus:

Is an individual legally responsible for the actions of his or her spouse?

Should an individual lose his or her job and profession because of something his or her spouse said?

I know this answer is not going to be what you want to hear, but I cannot agree with either of those.

Based on the Constitution.
