We have no answer. Republicans have taken us to this spot, and Democrats cannot get us out. Only Republicans have the answer, and they have left town rather than implement the answer.

All Republicans need to do is allow a vote on a clean continuing resolution at 2025 spending levels, and we are back in business. They do not even need to collect the votes for the resolution, there are more than enough votes on both sides of the aisle.

But AOC cannot force the Republicans to allow a vote.
