SBF: Agreed but regulators cant do it. Fuck regulators they make everything worse. They dont protect consumers at all. They cant actually distinguish between good and bad. Just do more business or less business. Do you want to know the truth? No one is regulating the rest of finance either. The crackdown behind big tech has no point or goal or philosophy behind it and ESG has been perverted beyond recognition.

He could end up in prison for as long as Bernie Madoff.

Thats fine. If he goes to jail for the rest of his life then he will just be like Madoff. A democrat megadonor who screwed over the working class.

Both Madoff and SBF who pretty much engineered the last two major ponzi schemes are both Democrat Megadonors. Delaware the state which is most friendly to banks is run almost exclusively by Democrats. Theres literally a cottage industry for making corporations in Delaware and aging them and then selling them to new corporations just so they can say they have been incorporated in Delaware. Joe Biden is literally known as the senator for credit cards and pushed to make credit card debt non dischargable by bankrupcy. Wall street and the banking industry literally gave millions to the Biden and CLinton campaign and something like 50,000 to Trump.

Madoff screwed over Jewish Charities and organizations. He was not selecting well. Anyone he could grift, he did. He screwed lots of rich people,

I doubt he can. Like several others here, there's some who are highly emotional and there's some who have lost their grip on reality. Mostly due to age but there's a few with other mental issues.
