Though nary a peep was uttered by them expressing concern about how their fellow conservative bigots attempted to justify and lay blame for the actions of conservative "Christian" Republican mass murderers Dylann Roof or Payton Gendron.
No surprise though, given the twisted, backasswards excuse for logic they attempt to use in every other issue.
Yes, the ultimate responsibility for the shooting lies with the owner of the finger that operated the trigger, though diminished mental capacity seems to have played a role.
But questions and discussion about right-wing overreach in passing laws that don't merely keep some of far left's extreme agenda in check, but cross the line into just plain mean-spirited vengefulness, are legitimate questions and discussions to have.
Hell, just the fact that a person who was undergoing treatment for psychological issues was able to legally purchase SEVEN FIREARMS including the assault rifle she and others used to massacre children, is100% the fault of the right's fealty to the NRA.
Of course, since we're all familiar with the kind of entrenched, narrow-minded ignorance the right employs in their approach to everything else, the possibility that they'd ever accept or even be willing to have a discussion about their own share of the culpability in creating an atmosphere that fosters the kind of push back we saw in this latest incident, is non-existent.
