A Russian official on Friday argued that U.S. democracy was undermined by President Obama's administration and the media, not by Moscow's alleged hacking campaign.

Russian Senator Alexey Pushkov offered his criticism following the public release of a U.S. intelligence report that accused Russian President Vladimir Putin of orchestrating an effort to "undermine public faith in the U.S. democratic process."

"The U.S. democratic process was undermined not by Russia, but by the Obama administration and mass media, which supported [Hillary] Clinton over [President-elect Donald] Trump," Pushkov tweeted.

"The danger to democracy is within U.S. itself," he added, arguing that Obama is ¿responsible for Republicans' growing trust of Putin.

It said Mr Putin’s goal was to undermine the democratic process and denigrate Mrs Clinton, by using intermediaries such as DCLeaks.com, Guccifer 2.0 and WikiLeaks to publicly expose private emails acquired from the Democratic National Committee (DNC) and top level Democrats.

what does "supporting Russia" actually mean in your mind.....let's say they hacked the DNC and Podesta and gave the info to Assange......they 1) didn't write the emails......2) didn't do the things the emails talk about.......3) they didn't even decide when wiki-leaks released the emails to the public, that was up to Assange.......so is "supporting Russia" defined as not blaming them for what the Democrats and Assange did?......or maybe not blaming them for what American voters did when they found out what the DNC did.......if that's what you're talking about then yes....I support Russia.....
