if you want to be taken seriously, you need to do better than that.

end of life counselling is not equivalent to euthanasia. saying otherwise is patently foolish and diminishes the strength of all of your arguments merely by association.

I think that people simply confuse what end of life counseling might mean and label the wrong panel as the "Death Panel"... Yeah, it's foolishness, but it doesn't change that there will be a panel that exists solely to make decisions based on cost to benefit analysis.. and when it becomes necessary to ration, it will be that panel making the life or death decisions.
