rumpF just blasted the wrong court for 'blocking' his sanctuary cities order

President Donald Trump lashed out again at the American judiciary for blocking a piece of his agenda.

Except on Wednesday, he got his court wrong.

In a morning tweet, he blamed the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals for blocking his order to withhold funding from so-called sanctuary cities. He called the ruling "ridiculous" and signaled that his administration will appeal by saying "see you in the Supreme Court."

@realDonaldTrump

First the Ninth Circuit rules against the ban & now it hits again on sanctuary cities-both ridiculous rulings. See you in the Supreme Court!

The problem: Tuesday's ruling did not come from the 9th Circuit. It was made in federal district court in San Francisco.

Earlier this year, the 9th Circuit did block Trump's executive order restricting travel from several predominantly Muslim countries.

White House chief of staff Reince Priebus also targeted the appeals court in comments to reporters Tuesday, according to The Hill.

Politico, which first pointed out Trump's error, noted that the 9th Circuit would hear the case next if the Trump administration appeals.

Yes folks, in his haste to demonize the judge who dared cross him, Trump blamed the WRONG court for blocking his order.

Yup, his bulb is THAT dim.

There was nothing new for the "judge" to review according to law. He was just making the usual lefty political statement and ignoring the law. Also, this "judge" did not rule against the law as it stands. Trump will be following the law as it stands. He did and does not need "permission" from a dictatorial hack politician in a robe who strategically omitted a key phrase "to the extent to what is stated in the law" from his decision for Trump to enforce the law which is already in place. This hack had to invent a violation out of his own imagination calling it "pre-enforcement anxiety"...in other words, the frail little snowflakes are made nervous in San Francisco and Santa Clara.

The msm will not tell you this. They want you to think that this whole thing is some brand new idea concocted by Trump. It's already law which Trump is simply enforcing. It only seems new to the uneducated, skulls full of mush masses because Obama never bothered following the law.

Bottom line is the hack can't stop anything that hasn't happened and no law has been changed. It was originally passed Bill Clinton.

trump is such an idiot he doesn't realize that there are two circuit courts with a higher overturn rate than the 9th: the 6th and 11th, which respectively cover the states of Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio, and Tennessee and Alabama, Georgia, and Florida.

All of those states went for Trump in 2016.
