The former New York police commissioner Bernie Kerik, a leading Trump ally who worked with Rudy Giuliani on attempts to overturn the 2020 election, has given the special counsel Jack Smith thousands of documents, Kerik’s lawyer said on Monday.

“I have shared all of these documents, approximately 600MB, mostly pdfs, with the special counsel and look forward to sitting down with them in about two weeks to discuss,” Timothy Parlatore told CNN.

These should provide proof of Trump's innocence.

Good thing they have them now.

And what exactly do you think Trump did that was illegal to overturn the election?

He filed lawsuits through the court system to challenge the results all of which is perfectly legal.

That ability is built into our system to ensure fair elections and anyone can access it.

What are you hoping to find in these documents?

Another cuckoo post.

One of the reported reasons Trump backed off giving all the 'Riggie' people pardons, as he was considering it last minute was that his lawyer informed him, then those people would all be more likely to cooperate with Prosecutors instead of claiming the 5th.

Once you are pardoned and at no legal risk do you really want to face obstruction or lie for anyone and expose yourself to risk again?

Trumps decision was to keep as many of their interests aligned for non-cooperation and needing to fight and take the 5th.
