Romney ends with 47%! I love irony.

Fox was not reporting "Romney had a chance". They were enthusastically saying that he was clearly winning.

Many of the lesser populated states in the middle of the country, where voting was just about over and polling showed the winner were called for
Romney and did give an early lead in the electoral count.....the bigger states, Ohio, Pa, Va, NC, etc. were not called and not counted until
the voting outcome was more clear, thus Obama lagged in the count early on election night.....Nothing unusual about that.....
Though it was always known that Calif. would go for Obama, that large count was not given to him until much later because voting was in full swing there....

The last time the networks counted western states too soon, they were accused of effecting the voter participation by calling those states too early....

And if you get your news from MSNBC, Rush and Fox News you aren't getting news you are getting partisan political spin. If you want real news go to places like The Economist, Financial Times, WSJ.

If you want real news, go to foreign sources!

It was not a guarantee Obama was winning this election. If polling was 100% accurate and people never changed their minds there wouldn't be elections. Because Obama had a lead didn't mean he was guaranteed to win.

Alabama is favored over Georgia. Most 'expert' pundits feel Alabama will win. Should they still play the game?

I wasn't at all sure Obama would win. I thought he might win, but it would be a squeaker. Yet some of the conservatives here (not you) kept posting that Romney would not only win but it would be a landslide. That's the part I don't understand. Where did that info come from, surely not from pollsters.

I wonder how bad the economy will have to be in 2016 to swing things back. I know Obama can deliver it, no problem, but it should be interesting.

The day before the election Fox was practically orgasmic over Romney's pending election.

Thats just an outright lie.....I watched them for hours....and they never said Romney was winning the election....that clearly reported what states both
won or were ahead or behind in.....you don't know wtf you talking about.
Rove, on the other hand was clearly cheerleading his side and always looking at it from his perspective....even when it was becoming obvious that Romney was losing
the states he had to have.....
