Roberts isn't going to overturn it, gorsuch wont overturn it, Hell I don't even think kavanaugh will overturn it.

Liberalas - stop being hysterical about roe v wade. There has been no indication ever that this will come to pass. Even if it did, the liberal shitholes that you all live in will legalize it regardless. There is literally nothing to worry about.

In 3-4 years when some case involving abortion comes up, you will laugh at and mock conservatives "for having failed," even though it was you being wrong and hysterical about an issue no one thought was being overturned in the first place. This thread will be used as reference for when that time inevitably comes to pass

It absolutely CAN be overturned, and probably will be now. You're right about Roberts - but not about Gorsuch, Kav or the newbie.

Do you know how many people & groups - and how much money - there is behind getting Roe overturned?

Of course it can & likely will be.

The reality is that it should be overturned because it was bad case law. There was never a right to privacy enshrined in the US Constitution. That being said, you are right, I don't see any Justices overturning it.

The JPP marxists crack me up on this. They are saying it will "motivate their base" who supposedly was already motivated to vote Trump out.
 
I have no idea what LV is responding to me about. My only comment to whatever it is would be: I wish his parents had practiced the abortion they hold so dearly.

Directly, no, but by the time the Trump Court gets done it will be next to impossible in the United States, there are already several cases on there way to the Court, which will be fast tracked once the new poppet takes her seat

I pretty much agree. Abortion is a push button issue, if it's off the stage they can't press it anymore. It also brings up state rights when it comes to things.
