The former neighborhood watch leader charged with fatally shooting Trayvon Martin was confused and fearful when he and his wife misled court officials about their finances during an April bond hearing that allowed him to be released from jail, his attorney said.

Attorney Mark O'Mara wrote on a website run by George Zimmerman's legal team that he will ask for another bond hearing.

"Mr. Zimmerman acknowledges that he allowed his financial situation to be misstated in court..." O'Mara said.

Zimmerman was not passive in his deception. He should be denied bail and await his trial in jail just as Martin would have had to do from day one. Fuck Zimmerman! We already knew this guy was fearful by his killing of a kid. He's a coward.

So only a coward would shoot an unarmed kid?

In my view yes..however I wouldn't limit my characterization of him to that, there is much more.

Would a braver man be able to walk around in public without a gun, then?

I do. I've never felt the need to arm myself. There is the macho factor which in my view is compensation for a feeling of inadequacy. He is a huge loser in every way and his wife isn't much better.

So an unarmed man is more manly than a fearful armed one?

Fear is the mind killer. Everything flows from there. I think in rightwing world it's accepted, they're all being persecuted and are victims of one thing or another. I've been in cars where as soon as we arrive in Philly or Baltimore all windows are rolled up and doors locked out of fear. It's sad and amazing at the same time. Being rational and making an attempt to relieve them of their 'beliefs' just makes them angry...but I roll down the windows anyway. Pathetic.

What are you attempting to say? Why not just come out and say it rather than putting words in my mouth. A sound, rational mind is much more useful than a gun.

Are fear and hatred common emotions among conservatives?

Who knows...he was exhibiting arrogance and a sense of self importance. He killed a kid and claimed 'self defense'...he appears to feel 'entitled' due to a horrible law. In my view he was acting like a bully from what I've learned. He was told to stand down and ignored it, a kid died. Why aren't the teabaggers yelling at him to take responsibility for his failure? Rhetorical question.

Was he defending himself against a Black thug?
