Rick Scott grudgingly admits Obamacare would help the uninsured in Florida. Wonder if any of those other bloviaters (such as our bloviater-in-chief Tom Corbett) will come to the same conclusion.

" A bitter critic of Obamacare, Florida Governor Rick Scott announced a surprising change of opinion on Wednesday, saying he would back an expansion of Medicaid in the state. The Tampa Bay Times called it an "amazing policy reversal." Scott had derided the program as a "job killer" and said last summer that the state would opt out of the expansion, a key part of President Obama's health-care reform. [...]

"It is not a white flag of surrender to government-run health care," Scott said. "While the federal government is committed to paying 100% of the cost of new people in Medicaid, I cannot, in good conscience, deny the uninsured access to care."

It's happening already!!?? Every politician knows every day more and more people are becoming aware of ObamaCare. We'll see the opponents drop one by one. They can't win. Not one politician on the face of the earth has won against government health care. It's fun to watch. :lol:
 
One of my fav. quotes of the campaign was in a debate when Romney called the AHCA "Obamacare", then appoligosed.

Obama came back with, "Thats okay, I like that name. Its a complament, thanks."

"millions that get priced out" To what are you referring? I thought those who can't afford it will be subsidized.

I recall that Obamacare was passed because there were 45 million people without coverage........then the CBO reported that after Obamacare there would be 30 million without coverage.....so I guess the portion is 1/3.......and that's before they realized that some people who had coverage were going to lose it......

did you forget completely about BACs multi paged thread where he and I did the 'I told you so' dance because there were now MILLIONS who fell in to a income category that they couldnt afford insurance, but made too much to be subsidized and every single one of you fucktard libs ignored them by saying 'look at all the millions that will now have insurance'????????

My memory of that thread is that you failed to grasp that those people are priced out now and the problem with Obamacare is that it doesn't give them subsidies so that thye can buy insurance, not that Obamacare itself is the cause of them being priced out.

Also, too, I fail to see what any of this has to do with expending Medicare, but that's just me.

conveniently, you forget that I exposed your stupid spin and flat out showed you that obamacare does exactly what I said it does. you can't honestly sit there and believe that people who were able to afford insurance before Obamacare, but are now priced out with Obamacare in effect, is not the fault of Obamacare.

Sure I can (health insurance rates increased each year before Obamacare), although I'm not sure how many people that fall into that category.
