The FBI confirmed the Clinton Email Investigation, 2/8/16, more than 8 months ago....it is an on going investigation, and I cannot find anywhere that Comey or the FBI says that this investigation was ever OFFICIALLY closed.
There was no talk of the Hatch Act or breaking the law when it started and its ludicrous to make such a ridiculous accusation now.
