I wasn't so sure about the first two you posted, but that last one definitely falls under the umbrella of "criticizing the SCOTUS".

If I'm reading this right he is referencing something that the Supreme Court does each day, pray, which is different than criticizing a ruling.

What Reagan said was not a lie. Obama lied. Obama is a liar. We all know that by now.

Why is it prohibited to have teacher led prayer in schools? Rulings by the S. Ct!
 
Man, looking back I never knew how far we have come. Reagan openly calling for a school prayer amendment to the US Constitution.

It is true, Republicans have become more socially liberal... you wont hear them doing that today!

I have some, but I read an article about that one reciently and it was pointing out that the comment by Obama was not unprecidented.


I am a bit of a geek like that. I usually carry (a copy of) the constitution in my pocket as well.
