Mark Sanford had a rough June - first he was missing, later claimed to be hiking, then the media discovered his Argentine mistress, and now, finally, South Carolina politicians are calling for his resignation. And all this about a man who had been discussed in certain political circles as a candidate for president in 2012. The State newspaper reports that 12 of the 27 members of the Senate Majority Caucus are calling for Sanford to step down. U.S. Sen.
