Irony is that it is the same bill they all approved last month
Truth is that the GOP doesn’t want to give the Democrats a second achievement heading into the midterms after Manchin agreed to the Build Back Better proposal, even if it cost veterans. Appears Hunter Biden is a bigger priority to them than helping veterans
