The FBI's FD - 1023 file that Director, Christopher Wray, finally handed over to the Congression Oversight Committee contains devastating material relating to Joe Biden's involvement in bribery scheme as well as its purpose.
The first point to note about this FD - 1023 document is that it a record made by an FBI agent of information that is being given by an individual who is working as an informant for the bureau (a so-called "confidential source"). THE ALLEGATIONS IN A NUTSHELL
The informant alleges in the FD -1023 file (DATED:JUNE, 2020[)/B] that in 2015, Mykola Zlochevsky - the corrupt Ukrainian oil/gas oligarch who founded (and owns) the Ukrainian natural gas firm, "BURISMA HOLDINGS" - told him/her that he had paid $5 million to then VP Joe Biden and a separate $5 million to Hunter Biden in an attempt to shake off a corruption investigation. It's worth emphasising that there were TWO separate transactions: $5 million was paid to Joe Biden and another $5 million to Hunter.
Zlochevsky also tod the confidential source that (1); he had two pieces of evidence showing proof of payment to Hunter Biden and specifically, Joe Biden (2):that it would take ten years for anyone to find out about the payments made to the Bidens because of how many bank accounts were involved in disbursing the money.

(A) On April, 16th, 2015 Joe Biden had a dinner in DC which was held at the up-market, "Cafe Milano", a Georgetown institution whose motto is "Where the World's most Powerful People Go" the guest-list (which was prepared by Hunter Biden) included a "BURISMA" executive Vadym Pozharskyl, along with some very shady characters ("Business associates" of Hunter, including the corrupt former Mayor of Moscow, Yuri Luzhkov and the Russian oligarch, billionaire, Yelena Baturina. Interestingly, (Baturina wired $3.5 million on February 14th, 2014, to "ROSEMONT SENECA THORNTON", a Delaware-based investment firm co-founded by Hunter Biden and Devon Archer, a former advisor to Secretary of State, John Kerry).
(B) The BURISMA natural gas company owned and run by Mykola Zlochevsky was well known to be involved in corruption (e.g. money-laundering, and so on) for years before Hunter Biden took up his seat on the Board of Directors in 2014. In 2015, "BURISMA" was under investigation by Ukraine's top prosecutor, Victor Shonkin. Around June or July that same year, the US Ambassador (to Ukraine), Geoffrey R. Pyatt, told Shonkin that the investigation into "BURISMA"had to be handled "with kid gloves" (i.e. do nothing). Next, in March of 2016, VP Joe Biden threatened the Ukraine that it would not be receiving the $1 billion (in US loan guarantees) that it had been promised unless Victor Shonkin (who was leading the probe into "BURISMA" was fired.
Joe Biden is such a bubble-headed, narcissistic cretin that in 2018 he boasted on camera at a CFR event about how he got Victor Shonkin fired. And they put in place someone who was solid at the time."
Biden made this threat in March of 2016 and Victor Shonkin was fire one month later in April. Shonkin was replace by a "Sergeant Schultz" -type prosecutor named Yuri Lutsenko who continued the investigation into "BURISMA" and finally concluded that he knew nothing of any no evidence of wrong-doing at "BURISMA", and saw nothing of any unethical or criminal activity during his investigation of the. company.
9C) In the FD-1023 file that has now been released to the House Oversight Committee, the confidential source tells how he was told by Mykole Zlochevsky that the $5 million he paid to each of the Bidens: then VP Joe Biden and Hunter Biden would be untracable for "10 years" because it was would be dispersed throughout a webwork of "bank accounts" This is interesting given the latest official word from the House Oversight Committee that it can confirm that the Biden Family, and its business associates, created a complex network of over 20 companies (mostly "Limited Liability Companies" or LLCs) and received more than $10 million from foreign nationals while Joe Biden was Vice President The Chair of the Oversight Committee said very recently that "the Biden Family appeared to take steps to conceal the source and the total amount received from foreign companies."
