Reporters at Trump rallies have more courage than he ever will

Chilling moment from his rally tonight - turning the huge crowd antagonistically on the small group of reporters, then stepping back to sort of bask in the reaction.

But we've gotten used to it. It's what the pathological bully does.

Time to really acknowledge those reporters, though. They go through that just to report - just to do their job, and present the truth. To sit in the middle of that open hostility, completely surrounded, while the PRESIDENT goads people on. Pretty sick stuff, if you think about it.

The vast majority of journalists are professional, dedicated people, who worked hard to get where they are, and work even harder now. The 4th Estate is such a vital part of our democracy & traditions. To see the damage Trump has done to it in such a short time - and with Propaganda 101 tactics - is truly disheartening.

I salute every one of those journalists. Keep of the great work.

rally you see 19,000 happy people inside .
Outside you mignt have 1000 disappointed
Democrats lost with no leaders to show them
A posative way forward wearing masks , doing damage not peacefully . Trump as POTUS keeps his promises he ran on !!!

You seem very upset by it. Again. Trump is controlling the narrative. They thought they had him neutered and in a box. And BOOM

There was a very specific reason for that speech, but you will never figger it out.

News today is that Trump appealed to Turtle-boy to stop or impede senate investigations...
another obstruction charge in the works.
Turtle made no attempt to cover for orange tweet on the accusation...
McConnell is the key to Trumps impeachment and he has started to turn the lock...

The reason for the rally is pretty obvious.

Trump's enemies know they have to separate Trump from his base. And the past week they used Charlottesville [something that had nothing to do with Trump] as an instrument to paint Trump as a racist sympathizer. The media made Charlottesville about Trump when the reality was it was two fringe groups violently going at each other in the streets over a statue the majority of voters don't care about.

Which is an absolute fact.

But when Trump alluded to this *fact* with the two words 'many sides', the media went into a frenzy. A purposeful, frenzy. Because they have an agenda. And last night Trump called them on it. I don't recall a president using the word 'love' more in one speech as he attempts to bring the country together. But you'd never know it by the headlines this morning.

You really give way too much credit to Trump. He's a charlatan & a bully, and the thing I'll never "figger out" is that he's strictly about ego.

To see a grown man get up there and whine about how "unfair" the media is, and then turn a huge crowd onto a very small group of journalists at the center of that arena - Americans should look at that & realize what a mistake this was. That is not a President. That is a child.
