Hypocrisy on parade....

Top members of President Trump's team are alleged to have email accounts on a private server.

According to a recent Newsweek report, "...staffers including Kellyanne Conway, Jared Kushner, Sean Spicer and Steve Bannon have active accounts on a Republican National Committee email system."

The extent of their use of this system is unknown. The media outlet also notes that "making use of separate political email accounts at the White House is not illegal." However, such activity has been linked to controversy in the past, with the Newsweek piece stating, "the system (rnchq.org) is the same one the George W. Bush administration was accused of using to evade transparency rules after claiming to have 'lost' 22 million emails."

There are potential hacking concerns, but critics are also pointing out that just months ago, Trump had blasted rival Hillary Clinton for her use of a private server. CBS News reports that Trump even suggested she go to jail for her actions, saying in June that she is guilty of "stupidity and bad judgment."

should read "her EXCLUSIVE use of a private server".
There is nothing wrong with employees using a private account, or even a private server - so long as they use only .gov accounts for classified transmissions ( marked or unmarked)

I would think that after the Hillary email fiasco republicans would be super-careful not to give even the appearance of wrongdoing. And what about the concerns for hacking?

Per the rules they actually have to use private email servers for solely private email. Certain emails (like ones asking for donations) can't even be sent from a government server. It is an exclusive use on a private server that is problematic. Per the rules, work related email goes through the government server, otherwise you use a private email.

Impossible..........Hillary set the example, no prosecution for wrong doing

Tell it to the techies, Trampcard.

"An embarrassing collection of poor choices in account security by the Trump administration created a stir this week, worrying those who already doubt the team’s expertise in cybersecurity. There were already risks to having a Twittering President, and these oversights confirm them.

The most serious lapse by far is the use of private Gmail addresses for the Twitter accounts of senior officials in the administration, including the President, Vice President, and Press Secretary. While a handful of email addresses and phones are standard issue for people in such elevated positions, the private ones are not supposed to be attached to official outlets like the @POTUS account.

It’s not the same thing as using a private email server to handle classified documents, but it does imply a laxity in security that is not reassuring for someone entering office in an age of cyber warfare.

You are funnier than Buddy Hacket saying fuck......................

Does Trumps SOS have his server stored in a bathroom?

LOL LOL LOL

If the server gets hacked, it gets hacked.....thats the RNC's problem.

Was Hillary's email server hacked, or are you confusing her server with the DNC server ?
Are they using it to send and received gov. classified material or doing State Dept. business like she is proven to have done ?

Information of the RNC server is not the governments business nor was the information on the DNC server.....

You're turning into a troll....

State dept used to have ( they may still -this was under Hillary) "high side"and "low side" accounts.

emails were sent over the State Department’s unclassified system, state.gov- which is considered secure but not at the level of the State Department’s system for emailing classified information.

At the State Department, the Pentagon and the White House, there are two systems for email, one for classified messages and one for more routine business. They are the “high side” and the “low side.”

i'm not 100% sure what this means -articles are routinely written very sloppily what does "attached"mean here?
