Makes it kinda of a good thing now.....Congress surrendered their power to Obama and he simply ruled by executive order....

which means Trump has the sole power to rescind those executive orders without consulting Congress....

That's not very profound. Of course Trump can rescind executive orders! If Obama had to resort to the illegal use of them, then it shows that Congress was not abdicating responsibility - it simply lacks the authority to stop Obama (the courts have that authority, so blame them.
 
Congress also needs to take power back from the supreme court. The constitution says "all legislative powers shall be vested in a congress of the united states" and yet the SC writes, rewrites, and repeals laws all the time.
