Relationship with Russia at an all time low?

That's Rump's claim this morning, was he not alive in the 60s, 70s or 80s?
 
I'm more concerned with Trump saying that Congress and America are at fault, and not Russia or the actions of Putin. Trump says he's the only one that can make good deals with Russia, but the only deal he ever proposed was a joint cyber security task force with Putin -- involving voter registration data and social security numbers that he demanded be emailed by the states.
 
I was optimistic about Russia/American relations improving ... until the warmongering liberal socialist democrats started saber rattling and launched their fake pissgate propaganda assault on Russia. :palm:

That was never the question. The accusation is (in short) that Trump promised sanctions relief in exchange for damaging info and assistance in a propaganda/troll campaign on Clinton.

you are conflating 2 different issues. either you are stupid or don't care as long as it's bashing Putin

Congress an only impose or lift sanctions. It cannot "deal" w/Putin..
By imposition of (already duplicate sanctions) it makes it damn near impossible to put a deal on the table,
as Congress can just nix it by inactivity to remove sanctions.

It's a fine and dandy way to assure more cold war- but not to advance relations or improve peace chances
