feb 7 2017 President Donald Trump's administration is looking at ways to ease the regulatory burden on historically black colleges and funnel more money to them through an executive order that is in the early stages of preparation.
The executive order will cement support for Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) as a priority of the Republican president who's statements about his predecessor's birth place have been widely interpreted as racist.

The more than 100 facilities in the United States designated as HBCUS, colleges and universities founded before 1964 with the stated purpose of educating African-Americans, have a combined enrollment of some 300,000 students.

could it be that the democratics "had" bought those votes for long times ? could it be that the new administration of constitutional republican government will cause natural equity as a blessing for lawfulness. I am patient as I watch this total fail of the damned's attempt to usurp over 70% of the real people of this land mass. remember haman . haman represented the damned. did I mention that it is jubilee for me.? it makes me happy. It should upset everyone with any decency. Actually the federal govt is banned by the constitution from giving money to colleges, but if they are going to do it, black schools should not get more than everyone else. THINK, white-hater.

So you can't answer the question. Are white and black the only two races in this country? Do Hispanics and Asians among others not exist here?

And where does it say these schools get more than other schools?
