WICHITA, Kan. The Wichita Police Department says it arrested a 31-year-old man and is investigating an incident at an east Wichita Dillons store it describes as a "racially motivated bias crime."

Police arrested 31-year-old Riff Trace for "battery that was bias and racially motivated" and for resisting arrest.

Police say at about 7:20 a.m. Sunday, officers responded to an assault call at the Dillons store in the 3000 block of East Douglas.

"Through the investigation, it was learned Trace walked into the Dillons store and kicked a 1-year-old victim in the back, causing the child to fall on the floor," police say.

Police say Trace did this while yelling obscenities and racial slurs. Police say when officers arrived, Riff "was being held on (the) ground by citizens."

So you're saying another white thug was taken in without incident rather than gunned down in the street while unarmed for nothing?

If the allegations are proven, your title will have merit. Keep your eyes on this case, since lefties have not been able to find any examples of racist incidents or statements. This may become a legitimate example of such a thing. Until then though, this whole thing is only about allgations

Actually ... most Lefties that I know aren't concerned with providing any proof of anything to the racist right ... they won't see what they don't want to see.

My personal way of providing proof to a Racist is of the 147 grain variety, because it's a language they can fully understand.

I agree, lefties would prefer to use this against their political opponents. They cannot log a legitimate example of a racist incident or statement here on the forum, and the mods are not silencing their political opponents here, but some vigilante violence might do something. If you point something like that at your opponent, you can even get him to say he agrees with your political position- at least at that moment.

There is a political war brewing, but it has not become a bloody war yet. I suspect there may come a time in the future of this war where 147 becomes relevant to the political landscape. For now though, the war is mostly verbal. As 1st amendment rights become more restricted, I suspect violence will rise.
