maybe a riot is what's needed? Same shit happened in Cincinatti. A black teen, on foot, ran from a police officer after being busted with a small amount of pot. The officer shot and killed the kid and an all white jury convicted him. The resulting riot ended up with a lot of the old guard KKK Nazi's being retired from the Cincinnati police force. The officer may have been aquited but after the riot he couldn't get a job as a Pinkerton.

It's not done yet. Bet the Hartford Mayor fires Lawlors ass. He's to much a liability for the force. At the worst Lawlor is a criminal and at best he's just plain incompetent and that alone is grounds to fire his ass and I can assure you even Wackenhut won't want to hire the guy.

puhleaze!!!!!! no doubt that these 4 were wrongly killed, but the number of civilians wrongly killed by police annually is greater than the number of police killed wrongfully, yet those police officers are no billed.
