I support you getting what you get by being the best at what you do. If suppression occurs because that's applied, it's those, mainly blacks and Mexicans, that are suppressing themselves by being less qualified.
Why would I hide supporting qualifications being the determining factor? Why do you believe that being female and blacks means it's a qualification?
