Q-Anon believers lose faith in Trump

In a nutshell, the Q-Anon conspiracy theory holds that President Trump, at some unspecified point in the future, will declare martial law, and his collaborator Robert Mueller will hand down hundreds of sealed indictments against Deep State “traitors” like Hillary Clinton, George Soros and Barack Obama.

Now supporters are reacting with outrage to Trump’s announcement Friday that he had reached a deal [aka "cave-in"] to end the partial government shutdown, without a cent of the $5.7 billion he had previously demanded as a down payment for his border wall.

Trump’s latest back-down has triggered controversy within the Q community. Initial reaction to Trump’s announcement was not positive, as it lent credence to the view that Q is a hoax and that Trump is not orchestrating 5-D chess moves against the Deep State cabal.

“This is an embarrassment,” one Q-supporter wrote. “I had such high hopes for our President, but it has become clear he just has no chance of defeating the evil that rules our country."

The "Q" issue is a psychological operation designed to convince the naive to maintain the status quo, on the pretense that secret groups in the military/government are going to "take back the nation." Just hold on a little longer, they say.
 
Since I study and track all sources of news and propaganda, I am quite familiar with the q anon conspiracy theory. I track the q thing just as easily as I follow daily kos. Rumor mill is a fun site to surf if you are into this kind of thing.
