A RUSSIAN prisoner of war called on his comrades not to attack Kyiv as he said to TV cameras Vladimir Putin had already lost.

Lieutenant Colonel Maxim Krishtop, a captured Russian pilot who was shot down during a bombing raid last Sunday, begged Ukrainians for forgiveness as he admitted committing "terrible crimes" by fighting in Putin's war. He called attempts to invade the capital Kyiv, where tensions rose sharply on Saturday, "pointless".

Lt Col Krishtop said: "The invasion of such a huge city as Kyiv is pointless – it will lead to huge losses of life on both sides, and huge destruction.

"I urge you stop following criminal orders, stop fighting, and stop killing civilians – you can see we have already lost this war."

Seven civilians, including one child, were killed in the village of Peremoha, in the Kyiv region, on Saturday – less than a week after the prisoner's remarks.

The Ukrainian intelligence service accused Russian forces of firing at an evacuation convoy there.

Rule #1 among fighter/bomber pilots is to avoid being shot down over the place they just bombed.

Remember the statements of American pilots captured during both Iraq wars? Vietnam? I don't put much stock in the words of POWs.

The results of Russian atrocities bombing civilian targets in Ukraine is enough for now.

So you think they are not sending tons and tons of military equipment? Do you ever post the facts? You are using this Putin war of choice to attack Biden, Biden and Zelensky are out in front, Putin is in a bunker. We just approved 220 million more in help. Does that tell you anything?

Putin has already lost


His crumbling military he has raided for cash for a couple of decades is a sham



He needs to get dead before he resorts to nukes
