Trump "2nd amendment under seige": Mentions name of "conservative / scholarly " judges.
Mentions original textualism.
 
Technically, the current Court has been pro-2nd Amendment. It has been hugely abusive with regard to imminent domain (fucking Kelo decision).
 
Clinton disagrees with Heller:
District of Columbia v. Heller, 554 U.S. 570 (2008), was a landmark case in which the Supreme Court of the United States held in a 5-4 decision that the Second Amendment to the United States Constitution applies to federal enclaves and protects an individual's right to possess a firearm for traditionally lawful purposes, such as self-defense within the home.

Trump says Clinton was "upset" with Heller she does not disagree.I do not follow what she is saying about babies in the home.

She stays will stand up for women's rights.

talks about drug and border control. says he'll deport illegal aliens.

Clinton defends DREAM/DAPPA. attacks Trump for "rounding up undocumented" "rip our country apart"
clinton morphs towards Trumps position on deporting criminal illegals ( new for her).
ridicules the wall.

Clinton again goes to immiration reform,attacks Trump for using illegal workers ( she calls them undocumented)

Trump "we have a country (border) or we do not" Clinton says she wants secure borders ( talks over Wallace)
Wallace asks her about Wikileaks open borders - -Clinton deflects to"the Russians did it"
Clinton off on a tangent trying to tie up Trump on Putin!
Trump calls her out on her "pivot" ( deflection) to Putin
 
Clinton goes after Trump for getting help from Putin. Clinton says Trump wants a "puppet".
Trump says Putin has "outsmarted" Clinton and Obama". "Putin has taken over the middle east."
Clinton "Trump is cavalier on nukes". Clinton says Trump is untrustworthy on nukes.

Trump says "we have to renegotiate these security agreements".. Trump calls her a liar.

clinton says she will not add a penny to the debt!! ( soundbite!). more talk about investment by the gov't to create jobs.
Wallace says Clinton's plan is just more Obama stimulus ( with crappy GDP).
Clinton blames Bush for the Obama economy. says she has plan for middle growth.
Obama saved the economy.

Wallace says Trumps plan is unrealistic. Trump point to India and other high GDP growth nations.

Trumps an economic illiterate. Developing nations inherently have higher GDP growth rates than developed ones because they're starting from a smaller base. No developed country has India's GDP growth rate. No developed country ever has, and no developed country ever will. I suspect Trumps plan is to drive us into a pit, so that our GDP per capita is roughly equal to India's, then we can start growing at their rate.

We can do better than 1% GDP. I don't see Hillary changing that number.

it's more then that though. his argument is the Stimulus (gov't spending) really doesn't create wealth.
we are losing real wealth thru jobs hemmorage, and not capitalizing on our skills.

Clinton is nothing more then pouring more money into jobs training etc.
Trump wants real wealth creation, by deregulation.etc.
 
Hillary is at her best in this debate talking about women who maybe might have been assaulted by Trump.

She'd be ten points down without it.

Point of stimulus isn't to create wealth, its to shore up aggregate demand. Also, we need reregulation, not deregulation.
