President Trump says he might speak to Putin "I might say, look, if this war is not going to get settled, I'm going to send them tomahawks"

If the Imperial Empire wants the agony to end they need to comply with the terms the Russians spelled out in detail June 2024.

In war the winners dictate the terms.
 
Knowing that they are on the list to be destroyed China will not let Russia lose....there will be no resumption of the Rape of Russia.
 
Trump is clearly expecting Putin to call to beg the Empire to not use Tomahawks against them.

I think that will not happen.....if we insist upon escalation then we shall have it.

The problem is Trump does not understand simple math. He throws around tariff percentages that change with his moods. He said he was cutting drug prices by 500 percent, 600 and up to 1500 percent. Any grade schooler could tell you what's wrong with that, yet his staff is afraid to tell him how stupid that is. Trump is stupid.

Ukrainian long range drones seem to be doing a better job than Tomahawks for a lot cheaper, so what is the point of Tomahawks? It might be a sign that the US supports Ukraine, but trump has muddied that water so badly I doubt it would work.

I am not sure the drones knocking out Russian refining capacity will be enough to win the war. Knocking out crude oil exporting capacity is much more difficult, so Putin will still have exports of oil money. It does mean Putin loses more lucrative exports of processed oils, and worse yet loses badly needed gasoline, natural gas, and diesel for domestic markets. How much the Russians have to lose to stop the war is anyone's guess.

There is the psychological value of the Russian people knowing that the vast majority of them are in range of Ukrainian made drones. The war is not some foreign abstract, it can easily be brought to Moscow and Saint Petersburg.
