Bet on Trump's stupidity? Trump's comment is nonsense. "Documents" can't be terminated, unless he meant burn them up or otherwise destroy them, but let's assume he was merely being inarticulate, as usual, and meant he is terminating not the document but the order contained in the document. If the claim is that Biden's orders are invalid the test of the claim would have to be in court, not in an announcement on social media. It would be a Court "terminating" the "document", therefore, not Trump.
