President Biden has ordered a 180-day study of the Supreme Court, including the possibility of adding more justices or setting term limits.
A bipartisan commission, the White House said in a statement, will study “the genesis of the reform debate and the court’s role in the constitutional system; the length of service and turnover of justices on the court; the membership and size of the court; and the court’s case selection, rules, and practices.”
Mr Biden signed the executive order on Friday afternoon. He had pledged to create such a commission while he was still running for president, after Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg died and outgoing president Donald Trump replaced her with the conservative Amy Coney Barrett, tipping the scale of the court further to the right."
Hopefully this will result at mitigating the seditious act of unethically and un Constitutionally dumping so-called justices on SCOTUS among tRump and his fellow sewer conspiring repukes, in particular Moscow Mitch, to carry out their destructive agenda against Democracy, the relevancy of SCOTUS and the well being of society at ensuring Justice at the highest level is no longer compromised with the stench of tRump and his antigovernment conspiring fellow creeps' poisonous influence but would uphold SCOTUS to the highest ethical and Constitutionally compliant standards of the land.
