i do have one question though, if ss is an insurance program, then why to repugs call it an entitlement like welfare

????....is calling it an entitlement a Republican thing?......I think SS SHOULD BE insurance......it should only be paid out if someone needs it to stay out of poverty......and the pay out should be enough to actually keep them out of poverty.....
