Poor Trump... keeps losing!

This guy can't seem to catch a break. Travel ban 2.0 went down in flames today, The Obamacare replacement he backed went down in flames. It be clean clear even to the most dense among us that he lied about the wiretapping claims. He's losing so much, I'm starting to get tired of watching him loose..

Btw, this is totally political. They have been talking about this here before the order even came out.

I don't understand how Obama's order passed, but this new one doesn't.

Anyway, as I said before, I don't see how the orders do anything helpful and wouldn't have stopped anything. I still think if Trump goes to SCOTUS, he wins.

I really thought the new ban would pass constitutional muster, but I do so enjoy watching everything he tries to do immediately fall apart.
 
I hope it goes to S.Ct and Gorsuch casts the deciding vote against it, I'd LOVE that!

and there we go. Since the ninth already set the precedent that anything Trump does is automatically unconstitutional because muslim ban this judge decides to rule that way as well. Again nobody sees how much of a departure this is from how things are done. This is why I wanted the original case to go to the supreme court.

People should not that lawyers like jarod who say the EO is poorly written are wrong as the reasoning of this judge and the ninth is no matter how the EO is written it will be unconstitutional no matter what.

If Iran were to declare war on the US Trump could still not put travel restrictions there by the logic of this ruling.
 
FYI the ninths ruling was used as precedent for this

page 32 "only a few weeks ago the ninth commanded otherwise" they then proceeded to quote the portion of lukumi in the decision. Of course if you actually read the ninths decision they try to pass on that area but still mention it.

It doesnt matter though as that becomes precedent for decisions like this. This can only be resolved by the Supreme court.

the judge blocked in the basis of campaign rhetoric instead of the text of the order itself!!
WTF kind of kangaroo court is the 9th??
Of course it would be over-turned, but in the meantime the 9th act;s like a political party

Rump's supporters have already switched form calling Trumpcare "our plan" to calling it "their plan". Love it!
