Ex-footballer Adam Johnson loses child sex case appeal​

Ex-England footballer Adam Johnson has lost a Court of Appeal challenge against his conviction for sexual activity with a schoolgirl.
The 29-year-old was jailed for six years last March for sexually touching and grooming the 15-year-old fan.
The former Sunderland player was refused leave to appeal his conviction and sentence in July and launched a second bid.
Three judges rejected the latest appeal and a bid to reduce his sentence.
Johnson admitted meeting a child following sexual grooming and one charge of sexual activity before his trial at Bradford Crown Court.​

Here is a case in point. This policeman gets five years, one year less than Adam Johnson, for raping a woman and then returning to his wife's bed afterwards. He showed no remorse yet received a lighter sentence, because Johnson was prosecuted under legislation intended to catch paedophiles grooming pre-teens. He never raped the 15 year old teenager in question and was given a totally disproportionate sentence instead. In my view and that of many others, he should have received a suspended sentence and bound over.

I do not propose to waste any more time discussing this with a cunt like Nostradumbarse, he is now back on ignore.

Today was a good day for me, I was able to drink two bottles of ensure and keep it down too! Dying of AIDS is a slow agonizing death? I hope, I will die long before the 28 days my doctors have given me? Who know's maybe Ken is a troll and should die of AIDS will share my fate too?!!:)
