Last week was a particularly harrowing week for the rule of law, border security, and protecting the American people from criminal foreign invaders, after President Trump’s effort to deport illegal criminals was challenged by the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) and a federal judge determined to stop him.

On Friday, March 15, U.S. District Judge James Boasberg attempted to stop President Trump from sending planes containing enemy aliens and members of foreign gangs back to El Salvador, ordering the planes to be turned around and the criminals on board to be brought back to the United States.

The planes landed in El Salvador days ago, where the illegals on board are being processed, but activist groups are doing everything in their power to stop Trump from continuing to remove illegal criminals. But while the ACLU and judge Boasberg are fighting to stop President Trump from ejecting illegal criminals, the American people consistently support the President’s border security and deportation efforts, proving that these activist groups and rogue judges are at odds with the American people.

A new YouGov survey taken March 6 through March 10 looking at the public response to Trump’s immigration and deportation strategies so far shows broad solidarity among the general public, including swing voters.

Americans support Trump’s approach to border security by nineteen points, 57 percent to 38 percent, with a full 39 percent of the public strongly approving of Trump’s immigration strategy. This includes independents who support Trump’s border security strategy by 18 points – 55 percent to 37 percent. Even one-in-five Harris voters support Trump’s immigration approach.

On deportation specifically, Americans support Trump’s deportation efforts by 15 points, 54 percent to 39 percent. A full 36 percent of Americans strongly support the President’s approach to deporting those in the United States illegally. Independents support deportation by 14 points, 51 percent to 37 percent.

As for deporting criminals specifically, an AP-NORC poll from January found that an overwhelming majority of Americans support removing violent criminals who are inside the United States illegally.

According to that poll, a full 83 percent of Americans favor deporting violent criminals from the United States back to their home countries, with 65 percent strongly favoring the move. Democrats (79 percent) and independents (77 percent) favor deportation of violent criminals, as do the overwhelming majority of Republicans.

Arrest and deport, it is the law.
Wrong, the Constitution is the supreme law of the land and must be followed.

Habeas corpus - Wikipedia

Habeas corpus is a legal procedure by which a report can be made to a court alleging the unlawful detention or imprisonment of an individual, and requesting that the court order the individual's custodian (usually a prison official) to bring the prisoner to court, to determine whether their detention is lawful. Expedited deportation, also known as expedited removal, is a process allowing immigration officials to quickly remove certain non-citizens from the United States without a full hearing before an immigration judge. This process is typically used for individuals who are undocumented or have committed misrepresentation or fraud, and it can be completed in as little as a single day.

It’s already been used.

The US Supreme Court has said it will allow the Trump administration to terminate deportation protections for some 350,000 Venezuelans in the US. The ruling lifts a hold that was placed by a California judge that kept Temporary Protected Status (TPS) in place for Venezuelans whose status would have expired last month.

“The government calls them all ‘illegal aliens.’ But of the 90 cases where the method of crossing is known, 50 men report that they came legally to the United States, with advanced US government permission,…”

Those 50 men “report”…the Supreme Court says Venezuelans are deportable.

They are in Venezuelan prisons and won’t be returned to America.

The Guardian, lol.

End of story.

You better hope your messiah doesn't come for your wife. Nothing, not even you are stopping him.

Yes, Puerto Ricans are American citizens. Puerto Rico is an unincorporated territory of the United States, and all individuals born in Puerto Rico are considered United States citizens. This statutory citizenship was established in 1917 through the Shafroth-Jones Act.

They can vote if they are residents of the US.

IN VIOLATION OF A COURT ORDER AND THE CONSTITUTION, TRUMP'S IMMIGRATION AUTHORITIES SAY THEY DEPORTED A DOZEN PEOPLE TO AN AFRICAN NATION, ONE OF WHICH IS IN A CIVIL WAR....

A CLEAR AND INTENTIONAL VIOLATION OF A COURT ORDER: The Trump administration appears to have begun deporting people from Myanmar and Vietnam to South Sudan despite a court order restricting removals to other countries, attorneys for the migrants said in court documents.

Immigration authorities may have sent up to a dozen people from several countries to Africa, they told a judge.

Those removals would violate a court order saying people must get a “meaningful opportunity” to argue that sending them to a country outside their homeland would threaten their safety, attorneys said.

The apparent removal of one man from Myanmar was confirmed in an email from an immigration official in Texas, according to court documents. He was informed only in English, a language he does not speak well, and his attorneys learned of the plan hours before his deportation flight, they said... A hearing is set for Wednesday.

At least 50 migrants sent to El Salvador prison entered US legally, Cato Institute finds

The article you cite cherry picks its facts leaving out the full picture. These "migrants" were brought in under Biden's blanket giving Temporary Protected Status to any Venezuelan.

From your article:

...50 men report that they came legally to the United States, with advanced US government permission, at an official border crossing point,” Cato wrote in its report.

That figure is in line with broader statistics for Venezuelan migrants, as many came as refugees or through a parole program established by the Biden administration that provided two years of work permits to those who could secure a U.S.-based sponsor.

“The proportion isn’t what matters the most: the astounding absolute numbers are,” Cato wrote. “Dozens of legal immigrants were stripped of their status and imprisoned in El Salvador.”

The article then goes on to say the men were identified as members of Tren de Aragua. That is, they were identified as foreign terrorists of a so designated gang. Sure, the article tries to minimize that fact, but it remains a fact.

So, all of a sudden, these fuck sticks weren't some innocent "migrants" but rather vicious gang members who used the opportunity Biden gave them to enter the US unvetted under a blank program that was one of the worst abuses of our immigration system ever perpetrated by a presidential administration. It was a travesty and a national shame. We're better for these vicious criminal gangsters being deported.

The far left Democratic Socialist loons aren’t very bright.

They are doubling down on policies that were rejected last Nov.

Trump needs to up those numbers like by a thousand times or more. Remove the people here illegally and send them to wherever the fuck. Let them deal with that because they shouldn't have come here illegally to begin with.

Nobody likes a criminal, and even fewer like career criminals. Illegal immigrants are, by definition, criminals. The Democrats are backing a losing horse in that race.
