I speed read a couple dozen forums each morning, to keep a finger on the developing trends and building attitudes of the American people on contemporary political issues.
Over the last couple of weeks, I note a very prominent trend.
The Hacks, Shills, and Trolls are more active than ever, spewing misinformation and false accusations.
Yes, both sides, or perhaps I should say ALL sides use them, but the vast majority are Lefties, probably funded by George Soros, given the nature of the subjects they propagandize, and the known political positions of Soros.
But! Over the last couple of weeks, the views and responses to most political forum threads by common American People, not the professional hacks, has been dropping dramatically.
I believe this is due to: just plain boredom, fatigue, repetition, racial identity group outrageous demands, fake information, and most of all, ...
... the common American people seem to have decided firmly which political camp they're going to be counted among, and have little interest in hearing anything (garbage) from the other side of the aisle.
It would seem that the people funding the Hacks, Trolls, and Shills have no interest in "Water Cooler Discussions leading to democratic consensus"... unless they can sure that they results of those discussions fall in line with their own agenda.
The thought process of the Lefties appears to be, "If we can't have Leftie Ascendency, then burn democracy to the ground!"
This does not bode well for the future of our democratic REPUBLIC, which is based upon the idea that the educated and informed citizens elect Representatives-of-the-Public who go to Washington D.C., and the local State Legislature, to temporarily take the reins of the government, and guide it to solutions to the nation's problems.
No doubt the Lefties believe that if they can make the American Republic Fail, that Global Socialist Government can step into the power gap. The American Wealthy Elite seem to be supporting and funding this concept.
But, history has shown, it is far more likely for a large number of debtor National level governments to simply devolve into Strong-Man Controlled, Banana Republics, in a new kind of 2020+ Dark Ages. This could be driven and greatly amplified by the bursting of the financial / debt bubble.
It is also being driven by funds flowing in from the Radical Islamic Causes in the Middle East, as part of the Asymmetrical Warfare tactics in what is already the longest, and perhaps in the long run, the bloodiest war in American History.
It is the common people who will suffer the most during this new Dark Ages, and the Wealthy Elites will prey upon U.S. during its cycle.
No one ever said draining the D.C. Swamp and putting an end to Identity Politics would be painless, misstep free, simple, quick or easy.
And if the Trump reform efforts are defeated by the establishment deep state and globalist...
Things will get very bad for the common man.
