Trump says he was joking, but he wasn't (we all know he advocates for and supports police brutality and extrajudical killings under Dirty Duterte), and even if he was -- Trump is supposed to be the president, not a standup comic.

And since this kind of comment actually undermines the police, arguably putting them at greater risk for retaliation, we can safely drop any pretense that Trump is a Law and Order president.
