Her, your, or anyone else's inability to provide proof that she was. Unless someone can provide proof of a claim they make, I don't need to show anything. Lack of proof by the one making the claim is enough for the claim to be invalid. Your proof that she was? Imagine that in court.

Girl - "No your honor I don't have anything showing or proving that I was groped". Judge - "Case dismissed".
