A Metro Police LT is charged with leaking classified information and obstruction justice against terrorist WSE militias. I doubt this will go well for him. RW White Supremacists have been known to exist in both the military and police, but it’s not always easy rooting them out. Hopefully this case causes all police departments to root out the traitors in their midsts.

A police officer was arrested Friday on charges he lied about leaking confidential information to a leader of the far-right Proud Boys extremist group and obstructed an investigation after group members destroyed a Black Lives Matter banner in the nation’s capital.

An indictment alleges that Metropolitan Police Department Lt. Shane Lamond, 47, of Stafford, Virginia, warned former Proud Boys national chairman Enrique Tarrio that law enforcement had an arrest warrant for Tarrio related to the banner’s destruction.

It's very disturbing that these treasonous ppl are embedded in our law enforcement and armed forces communities. Where will their loyalties lie in the event of another Trump-inspired riot or armed insurrection?

ETA: It appears that he knew about the planned insurrection as well, from Tarrio, and said/did nothing to bolster security or stop it.

Agreed. That’s what happens when funding is cut and standards are lowered. Sad.

These fuckers belong in prison with the traitors they were assisting.
