Um, last time I checked, it's the government's job to serve the PEOPLE, not the other way around. I got news for ya, bunky....our military service men and women take a pledge to serve the decisions of the Commander and chief - the President- who's job it is to serve the country and the Constitution. We The People...(know were that comes from) are the gov't...are the country...we elect leaders, and then follow them.

Yeah, the "serve Barack Obama" is a bit of a hyperbole (what else would you expect from actors?)....but given the context, no one is asking you/forcing you to forgo the constitution and pledge allegiance to Barack.
