Section 1324 of title 8 of the US code makes it a federal felony to encourage illegals to live here and this clearly is a violation. He can't do this but he's doing it and repubs are letting him.

July 25 2022 The Biden administration is planning to offer illegal immigrants temporary I.D. cards, which will allow them more easily access housing, healthcare, transportation and other benefits, two government sources familiar with the matter said, according to Axios on Friday.

An Immigration and Customs Enforcement spokesperson said the ID cards will include a photo, biographic identifiers, and “cutting-edge security features” that will benefit both illegal immigrants and the government.

Officials believe the effort — called the ICE Secure Docket Card program — will incentivize illegal immigrants to communicate more frequently with law enforcement while they await immigration court proceedings, the sources said.

The plan is to make it easier for illegals to vote and collect welfare. Many do it now even though the law says they can't. This will make it worse.
 
Can’t say it enough, for over a decade, probably when Obama became President, we have been hearing from the right how apocalyptic zillions of immigrants are freely flooding across the southern border, caravan after caravan, ISIS terrorists, the Ebola now Covid inflicted, M13 gangsters, kidnappers, rapists, etc., but yet, to date, we haven’t seen the armageddon implied, appears to be a disconnect somewhere

I did read the law. You should try it.
Applying for asylum is an official act. Once a person has applied for asylum they are subject to the process which means they are no longer illegally in the country. Unless Biden is personally going to Mexico and driving people across the border or personally telling them to enter the country he is not in violation of the law as written.

Roughly 90% + could be rejected in their asylum requests and deported. Let them make future attempts at asylum in their home country at the local US embassy.

Why do we even let them apply for asylum.? Don't tell me the law says so. The law also says illegals are not allowed to live here or work here or use our schools or collect welfare. But they all do. Rule of law has vanished in america thanks to all these 60 million criminal invaders.

(B) Burden of proof
(i) In general
The burden of proof is on the applicant to establish that the applicant is a refugee, within the meaning of section 1101(a)(42)(A) of this title. I have seen figures of up to a 95% rejection rate.

Their first act of entering the U.S, illegally, should disqualify them.

You appear to want these illegals to come by the tens of millions.

Perhaps 8 or 10 can be sent to your house to feed, educate, and provide medical care.
