aug 28 2022 President Joe Biden drove his classic 1967 C2 Corvette Stingray and talked cars with Jay Leno on Friday as the two filmed a segment for the comedian’s CNBC show.

“It was really good. It was even more fun driving my old Corvette,” Biden told reporters after taping the clip for “Jay Leno’s Garage” at the James J. Rowley Training Center, a Secret Service facility, in Beltsville, Md.

Biden said he also had another opportunity to drive a Ford Motor Co. F-150 Lightning, the electric version of the company’s top-selling pickup truck.

“And they had that Ford Lightning vehicle, got to drive that again too. That was a fast SOB,” he said.

Relax it won't do 200mph. 150 mph at most. But it is a 427 gas guzzler. It should be crushed and made into a Tesla.

A Corvette is not an "assault vehicle", no matter what speed it is capable of.

And though I agree that high powered, high speed vehicles are unnecessary, any vehicle that is capable of driving at highway speeds can be used as an "assault vehicle" according to your definition of the term, if the driver decides to plow into a crowd of people or other vehicles.

But that still does not equate any vehicle with assault rifles.

Automotive vehicles have a legitimate purpose that our society has come to depend on.

Assault rifles have only one purpose which is to put large numbers of bullets into large numbers of bodies of other people.

Nice! Can you post a pic? I just bought a Benz. It gets 17 mpg. It's got a 5.2 liter V8. It has sport gearshift paddles on each side of the steering wheel. It has 3 different suspension settings. Me and Joe, are both hot car fans!

He is soooo cool!

It's so good to have a real president for a change who actually does stuff for others and not just himself.

By the time I did it was gone. Fuck your shit brown Mustang Fastback(car dealer when I went). That car was beautiful!

First of all, sorry about what happened to you!

But dude, you gotta move on with your life.

One of my Biker buddies was hit by a drunk driver and an illegal alien that crossed the medium and hit his Harley head on, and then the guy bolted and escaped on foot- but was arrested only minutes later.

My friend lost one of his legs above the knee, and had to have one of his kidneys removed.

After he got his new leg, he went down to the jail where the driver was still awaiting trial, and visited his attacker. He forgave him.

I asked him why he did that. He said he was raised to forgive people and he said that forgiveness had to come first for him to get over the horrible incident and move on with his life.

I ALSO own a Corvette assault vehicle.

It gets me to the golf course, and I can also take the Gestapo out for ice cream in it.


I own a few firearms as well, but even at my age, my dick isn't so shriveled that I need to own an assault rifle.
