july 27 2023 Thousands of gun sellers have been forced to shut down, thanks to the new "zero tolerance" policy of President Joe Biden's Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF).
This is according to a lawsuit filed against the ATF and its "zero tolerance" policy by the pro-Second Amendment organization Gun Owners of America (GOA), which found through combing ATF data that the bureau has put nearly 2,000 gun sellers out of business in the past two years alone. (Related: GOA files lawsuit against ATF's "zero tolerance" policy which has forced over 1,000 gun dealers to shut down.)

The ordeal gun sellers in the United States are going through began in 2021 when the ATF implemented an aggressive method of inspections for Federal Firearms Licensees (FFLs). Many gun sellers were forced to shut down after their licenses were permanently revoked over what defendants claim are simple clerical errors.

"This is an end-around gun ban, because you start putting gun dealers out of business and now all of a sudden it's very difficult for people to purchase firearms," warned GOA Senior Vice President Erich Pratt.

Gotta' shut down illegal gun sales, if you support legal gun sales.

I remember when I was a teen, and us kids would fight over the record player. I wanted to play my records, and my sisters wanted to play theirs, At some point my Mom just said, "OK none of you kids are going to have the privilege to use the record player anymore- Because you won't stop arguing over it.

For a while we got banned from using it!

If if were left up to me, you would have to have a license in every state to buy, sell, or own a gun!

HAHAHA. Yeah right. You want to ban guns to save a few lives a year. But if someone suggests lowering speed limits to save lives or throwing text drivers in prison, you say forget it. Just lowering the max speed limit to 55 would save 5,000 lives a year!! If it was up to me, it would be 45.
