Learning how to properly float that rubber ducky in your tub huh? That is about as close as you will ever get to being a Captain or water for that matter. Anyway, I am serious. How many poor people do you know? Not many at all bother with or buy cigarettes, alcohol etc. They are too busy trying to find ways to keep their families fed, clothed and roof over their heads. Generally quite decent people struggling to make ends meet for their families.
