Lawyers for the family of Patrick Lyoya, a Black man killed by police in western Michigan, have released results from an independent autopsy.
Video from a bystander showed that Lyoya, who was not armed, was on the ground when he was shot in the head during a struggle with a white Grand Rapids officer on 4 April.

I am not pronouncing judgment on this. The video I saw of the traffic shows the cop pulling over a car. The driver gets out and the cop repeatedly tells him to stay in the car and he does not do so. He asks the driver to show his license, which he does not do. The driver walks away and the cop grabs him and tries to arrest him. Driver fights the cop and grabs his tazer. Then continue to fight. Off video he shoots the driver.
