As long as there is an abundance of starving lawyers with no fear of retribution we have a nice system in place that allows stupid lawsuits like MB's parents are doing.
Besides,I'm sure it was some ambulance chaser that approached the parents to do this at no cost to them.

Look at the "argument: "Brown's parents argue in their lawsuit that the death of their son during an August 2014 confrontation with Ferguson police officer Darren Wilson deprived them of financial support through his future potential wages."
That worthless piece of shit was going to support his parents that never gave a shit about him until after he was dead???

Fuck, I had good parents , a good education and make good money and I never supported my parents.

it's why we have a judicial system. it's one of the very few exceptions of qualified immunity that i actually can agree with.

Most bad killings are 'legal' under local laws, but still lose in civil court. This case will yield the same result. They won't have a prosecutor who gives illegal instructions to a grand jury.

He declared personal bankruptcy for almost 1 billion dollars, on top of his 4 corporate bankruptcies.

That's pretty dumb in the business world.
