Parents of Michael Brown sue Ferguson MO but refuse to release school records of son

actually, it is this type of wording that the courts require for civil lawsuits against the government. anything else is irrelevant to them, like the actual life of the person killed, it's all about earning potential. it's how they come to an amount for remuneration or compensation.

OK, thank-you. I just never thought it was a "legal" requirement for children to give money to their parents. I could see income for a remaining spouse or child...but, the parents? Ethically of course, working adult children should (in a perfect world) help provide for aging parents...just didn't think it was required by law.

So what? What happened in Ferguson was a shame, we had career agitators move in and make a mockery of protest but that doesn't change the fact that Brown was most likely shot under some really fucked up circumstances. Now we're doing a hypothetical cost/benefit analysis of his life?

A 6'3" 300 pound thug charges you, you have to shoot. Cops had no way of knowing if he had a gun or not. THINK
