Panel probing U.S. Capitol attack to hold July 21 prime-time hearing

WASHINGTON, July 15 (Reuters) - The congressional committee investigating the deadly Jan. 6, 2021, attack on the U.S. Capitol announced on Friday that it will hold a hearing at 8 p.m. EDT on Thursday, July 21.

The hearing, which is aimed at reaching a broad U.S. television audience during prime viewing hours, will be the eighth and final scheduled public one to take place, although the committee has suggested it could hold more in August.

Some committee members, including Republican U.S. Representative Liz Cheney, have argued that former President Donald Trump should be held criminally liable for allegedly encouraging the attack on the Capitol by his supporters, in which several people died.

People can care about the economy and feeding their families...AND CARE ABOUT PEOPLE ATEMPTING TO STOP CERTIFICATION OF AN ELECTION AND INSTALLING A DICTATOR WANNA-BE.

I'm going to be 86 in a few weeks. I have been entirely self-sufficient since age 17. The only "benefits" I collect is Social Security payments. If you think that makes my argument invalid, you are the "dumbass."
 
After November we will see what the public cares about. Lots and lots of Republican led hearings and investigations will be starting. The public needs to be informed.....;) :cool:

I often wonder how people stay liberal as they mature and face real life. It will always be a mystery to me.
