Over 95% of Black people voted Democrat

On the contrary...that 95 % of black people are not stupid. It's about the better PR campaign. Anyone please tell me what the Repubs are offering, that the Dems aren't. That might be a reason to reconsider (as if, LOL)
 
They are dishing up their guaranteed, sure-fire plan for prosperity, as near as I can make out.

Tax cuts for the rich coupled with spending cuts for the rest of us.

According to "T", educated Black people will vote for that.
 
Democrats offer a lifetime of living on welfare and government handouts to get the black vote. You can see why now most blacks vote democrat.

Girl, didn't you hear? Bill Clinton "overhauled" welfare, during his first term...which delighted the Repubs, and why he was able to do so much.
More white folk are on welfare, these days, than any other group. Black vote Democratic because Democrats at least listen to their concerns...which is miles above the Repubs.
Repubs are anti- universal healthcare , anti jobs, anti raising the minimum wage, anti- education, anti-child care, anti-union, anti-teachers.
Now tell me why a thinking black person would vote Republican?

The repubs are offering freedom. Always have. The Democrats bribed blacks for years to get their votes after terrorizing them in the late 1800s and then offering to cease the terrorism for their appeasement and votes.

Overhauling welfare was the Republican idea and Clinton had to go along after vetoing the bill about 6 times. It wasn't Clinton's idea.

I also challenge everything else in your post if you want to discuss it, but you can take the welfare part first. Go for it.

You'd be hard pressed to find 50% of black people that have a high school diploma...and it ain't about PR...its about hand outs....

Although more than three-quarters of white and Asian students in the United States earn diplomas, high school outcomes are much worse for others. Among Latinos, 56 percent successfully finish high school, while 54 percent of African-Americans and 51 percent of Native Americans graduate.

Is it your claim that newly-graduated African Americans and African Americans age 25 and older are one and the same?

I was thinking along the terms of graduation rates rather than counting those that earned their GED's in prison...
anyway.....

...my data on graduation rates was getting a little old.....2003 data.... was 49 % ....

38.5 % according to NYT...for 07/08 so it is an improvement thanks to Bush polices, so I stand corrected with the newer figures....
